I almost always get asked a few key questions before signing on new board and train clients: Will my dog miss me? Will they think I abandoned them? Will they lose their personality? Short answer: No! 💙 Your dog doesn’t see time the way we do — they live in the moment. During their time away from home, they build confidence, learn how to make good choices, and form new skills, not new owners. And that goofy, snuggly, wild little personality? Still there! The bond doesn’t disappear. If anything, it comes back even stronger. Dusty is so happy to be home. Fun little highlight of Dusty the Bernedoodle’s first trip to Home Depot 🧡 At 12 weeks, he was confident, already naturally engaged with me, and interacted very politely with the employees with little concern for the busy environment. Dusty is part of our Foundation Dog Program, where we focus on setting a strong foundation with a 3 week puppy bootcamp, and an off-leash program when he’s an adult 🤩 We want our doggy graduates to be well rounded individuals and to live stress free lives with their families. In order to accomplish this, we always equip owners with the tools and communication skills to properly practice and maintain everything learned during the dog’s stay with us 🐾
